1. Solar Panels
Your solar panels convert sunlight into direct current (DC) electricity. The higher wattage the panel, the more it’ll produce.
2. Inverter
The inverter “inverts” the DC electricity into alternating current (AC) electricity.
3. Smart Meter
Your smart meter measures your energy production and usage. When your system produces more power than needed, your smart meter banks those credits on the grid.
4. Net-Energy-Metering
When the sun goes down, you pull those banked up excess power credits from the grid. We always aim to size your solar system to produce 100% of your power usage.
